Services
CRYLAR provides operational AI consulting, automation engineering, and related technical services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before any engagement begins.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom work product created specifically for a client engagement transfers to that client. CRYLAR retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except where required by law. A formal NDA is available on request.
Payment
Payment terms are defined per engagement. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Limitation of liability
CRYLAR's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
