The company
These terms are between you and MARLINX CONS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, trading as CRYLAR. Registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.
This website
Using this website does not create a paid engagement. Proposals, statements of work, and signed contracts govern paid work. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed document controls.
What we provide
CRYLAR designs, sells, and implements software, digital products, platforms, bots, automations, and operational systems, and provides related advisory and engineering work. Specific deliverables, licenses, and timelines are defined in a Statement of Work or license agreed before any paid work begins.
Intellectual property
On full payment, custom work created specifically for a client engagement transfers to that client. Software, platforms, bots, digital products, methodologies, and tools that CRYLAR owns stay with CRYLAR unless the Statement of Work grants a license or assignment.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except where required by law or as needed to run the engagement through the processors named in our privacy policy. A formal NDA is available on request.
Systems we build
Systems we build for a client are tools for that client's business. The client is responsible for their data, their users, and any rules that apply to their operations. We design human checkpoints for work that needs a person. This website is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
Payment
Fees and the payment schedule are set in the Statement of Work. Invoices are issued by MARLINX CONS, LLC, trading as CRYLAR. Unless the Statement of Work says otherwise, invoices are due in 7 days. Amounts are exclusive of tax. Pay by the methods printed on the invoice.
Limitation of liability
The liability of MARLINX CONS, LLC, trading as CRYLAR, in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country requires otherwise for a matter that cannot be waived.
