CRYLAR is an operational AI consultancy operated by Filippo Lincetto and Alberto Marchiorello. Our website is crylar.com.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, company, project description, and email address. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.
Analytics
We use cookie-free, first-party telemetry to measure homepage visits, call-to-action clicks, and Core Web Vitals. The telemetry payload contains only the event or performance metric, page path, and language. It does not contain contact form values, user identifiers, tracking cookies, IP addresses, or user-agent data. Our hosting provider may separately process limited request metadata and access logs to deliver and secure the service.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are stored only in our email inbox. We do not maintain a separate database of contact requests. We retain emails for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@crylar.com. We will respond within 30 days.
