Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the fields you submit: name, company, email, a description of the work, and your agreement to this notice. If you pick a call slot we also store the date, time, and timezone.
Why we use it
We use this to reply to your inquiry and, if you asked for a call, to schedule it. The legal bases are your consent (the checkbox), steps needed to answer a request you sent us, and, for paying clients, the contract. Server and access logs are used to run and protect the site.
Who else sees it
Inquiries are stored in our customer database hosted by Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Email is sent through Resend. If you book a call, we use Microsoft Outlook and Teams for the meeting. If you become a client, invoices and payment run through Stripe. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
MARLINX CONS, LLC is established in the United States. Hosting and the database are in the European Union. Some processors (Resend, Microsoft, Stripe) may process data in the United States. Where a transfer out of the EEA or UK is needed, it is done under that processor's standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.
Analytics
We use cookie-free, first-party telemetry to measure homepage visits, call-to-action clicks, and Core Web Vitals. The payload contains only the event or performance metric, page path, and language. It does not contain contact form values, user identifiers, tracking cookies, IP addresses, or user-agent data. Our hosting provider may separately process limited request metadata and access logs to deliver and secure the service.
Cookies
This public site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. The telemetry above does not set a cookie. Language is chosen by the page URL. A strictly necessary cookie may be set by the host for security. Signing in to the operator area sets an authentication cookie.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are stored in our customer database and in email. We keep them for up to 24 months unless a paid engagement continues, in which case we keep what the contract requires. Booking records follow the same period. Access logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service.
Your rights
If EU or UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority in your country. If California law applies, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CPRA, and you may request to know, delete, or correct. If Mexican law applies, you may exercise ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition). Email admin@crylar.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business operators. It is not directed at children.
